New England Patriots at Oakland Raiders 10/2/11

One week after their upset of the New York Jets, the Raiders hosted Tom Brady and the New England Patriots before another packed house at O.co Coliseum. The Raiders' speedy return man Jacoby Ford returned from injury to make his first start of 2011, and got some love from head coach Hue Jackson:

The Tuck Rule game is still fresh in the minds of Raiders fans, even nine years later:

Really nice light to start off the game:

The Raiders defense pressured Brady quite a bit, but he goes through his reads and gets the ball away so quickly that he was able to still be very effective:

Brady was sacked only once, by Raiders safety Mike Mitchell, and Brady didn't like it:

Pretty much anytime Brady gets touched, he looks to the officials for a flag:

Early in the game, the crowd noise was so deafening that when the officials blew a play dead, no one could hear the whistle. Raiders tackle Richard Seymour continued playing after the whistle and threw Brady to the ground:

Brady screamed at the official and got his flag, a 15-yard roughing penalty:

The Raiders offense was able to move the ball early, but also sabotaged themselves with penalties:

Ford was mostly held in check, but had a nice end-around for a long gain:
